Yayu Wild Forest comes from smallholder farmers around Ethiopia's Yayu Coffee Forest Biosphere, one of the last wild-Arabica forest reserves, washed-processed and medium roasted. It offers soft citrus acidity with marzipan, dark chocolate and bourbon biscuit notes, spanning both citrus/floral and chocolate/caramel character.
