Description
A washed Caturra and Castillo blend grown at 1,700-2,000 masl by smallholder growers of the indigenous Paeces community in the Inza municipality of Cauca, Colombia. Cultivated in volcanic ash soil and brought to market through Occicafe, Globalcafe, and Cofinet, this specialty lot cups above 86 points with notes of plum, tangerine, and caramel.
