Village Organic is Clifton's long-running house espresso, now built around a single-origin organic Honduran coffee from COMUCAP, a cooperative of female farmers in the mountainous La Paz region. Grown with an emphasis on gender equality, sustainability and fair trade, it delivers a rich, full-bodied cup with notes of hazelnut and fig jam.
