Description
Grown under Lang Biang mountain in Dalat (1,500-1,650m) by farmers from the K'ho ethnic minority, brought to market by Slovak coffee grower Marián Takáč and his wife Lim. A catimor hybrid retaining traces of bourbon and typica, double washed for a clean cup of stone fruit, citrus, chocolate, sugar cane, and florals. Roasted light for filter and medium for espresso.
