Unit Fourteen is sourced from the Andean highlands around Jaén in Peru's Cajamarca department, where rich volcanic soils, ample tropical rainfall, and high altitude create favourable growing conditions. Peru's coffee sector is overwhelmingly smallholder-based, with thousands of small farms up to 2100 masl contributing generations of accumulated growing knowledge to lots like this one. It is offered as an espresso roast, available whole bean or ground for espresso, French press, or stovetop.
