The third release in Coaltown's Unearthed rare-coffee series, this single-origin Orange Bourbon comes from Quebraditas Coffee Farm in Huila, Colombia, grown by young producer Edinson Argote. Processed with a double anaerobic wash, yeast inoculation and thermal shock, it produces a vivid cup with notes of papaya, peach and mandarin.
