Description

Grown on the slopes of Mount Elgon at 2,000-2,200m, Nyasaland, SL-14 and SL-28 varieties, experimental anaerobic honey processing. Citrusy pomelo acidity and meadow-honey sweetness, gentle grapefruit bitterness and a spiced finish. Best on a filter brewer.
