Description

Sourced from Bunyangabu CWS on the slopes of the Rwenzori mountains, about 3,500 smallholders, SL28/SL34 varieties, washed with lactic fermentation. Sparkling grapefruit acidity, full honey sweetness, dried fruit aroma and a green-tea finish. Best on a filter brewer.
