Trung Nguyen's Creative 8, a pre-ground arabica/excelsa blend from Vietnam produced by an ethical, enzyme-based simulation of civet (kopi luwak) processing rather than using real animals. The result is a very sweet, chocolate-leaning cup close in character to genuine civet coffee, at a fraction of the price.
