A seasonal house espresso blend built around Colonna's Discovery-genre boutique lots, currently combining washed Huila from Colombia (35%), washed Mount Sunzu from Zambia (35%), and washed Mchana AB from Kenya (30%). The African components paired with the Colombian base give a dynamic, complex, floral-fruited espresso with good acidity and a sweet, syrupy body, curated to stay consistent across seasons.
