A washed lot of the same Rotutu coffee from the Letefoho region of Ermera, Timor-Leste, produced with Karst Organics and a collective of over 140 households. The wash process gives a clean, bright cup with citrus up front, soft apricot sweetness, and a gentle, tea-like rooibos finish.
