A natural-process lot of Rotutu coffee from the Letefoho region of Timor-Leste, sourced through Karst Organics from a collective of over 140 households. Drying the whole cherry in the sun builds a rich, fruit-forward cup with juicy red grape and passionfruit, a treacle-like sweetness, and a heavier, syrupy body.
