The Naughty Dog's Pirate Rum Barrel coffee, a washed Geisha variety from Aristóbulo Rayo's Altos Guayabos farm in Ortega, Tolima, Colombia (1830 m.a.s.l.). After fermentation the beans are aged in Caribbean rum barrels, picking up notes of spice and vanilla alongside the variety's naturally aromatic character.
