The Naughty Dog's Ethiopia Negele Gorbitu, from the Gedeb Gotiti processing station in Yirgacheffe (1995-2020 m.a.s.l.), a mix of Kurume, Dega and Wolisho varieties. Anaerobic natural processing (sealed stainless tanks, no oxygen) develops a complex, full-bodied cup with floral and fruity character typical of Yirgacheffe.
