A rare Tanzanian Geisha from the Edelweiss estate, where owners Neel and Kavita have reintroduced and cultivated the variety themselves. Ripe cherries undergo a four-day pre-fermentation under a black tarp before being sun-dried in a thin layer for 25-26 days down to below 12% moisture. The result showcases Geisha's floral complexity alongside bright, fruit-forward notes and a silky finish.
