Description
A blend of Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia varieties grown at Hacienda Potosi, the first of four farms run by the award-winning Cafe Granja La Esperanza in Colombia. Ripe, density-sorted cherries undergo a 72-hour open-air fermentation before being mechanically dried and held in temperature-controlled storage for a fruit-forward, aromatic cup.
