Ready After's seasonal 'Summertime' release: a Red Bourbon anaerobic natural from the Akagera washing station in western Rwanda (1650-1810m, cupping 87), sourced from over 420 smallholders. Roasted Medium (City+) for espresso, it leans on classic stone-fruit sweetness - plum, pear, peach and apricot.
