Flavor Profile

Sugarcane Decaf is sourced from Finca San Luis and Finca Santa Martha in the San Ramon region of Nicaragua, a mix of Catimor, Catuai and Maragogype grown at 1,200-1,400 masl. After washing and sun-drying, the green coffee is decaffeinated using the natural Ethyl Acetate process (the EA itself derived from sugar cane), which preserves much of the original cup's character. Expect a sweet, balanced cup with dried cranberry, toffee and spiced chocolate notes. This is a genuine full decaf, distinct from Clifton's separate reduced-caffeine 'Los Nogales Low Caf' Colombian coffee.
