A naturally processed, sugarcane-decaffeinated lot from Argelia, Cauca, Colombia, grown at 1,850m. Peach, elderberry, and strawberry, roasted light - suited to espresso, filter, Aeropress, French press, Chemex, or batch brew. Grown in Argelia, an area with high local crime, by farmers who chose legal coffee cultivation as a way to support their families and community.
