Ozone's rotating seasonal house blend (formerly known as Jabberwocky and Brothers), assembled from whatever fresh harvests are landing at the roastery; at the time of this snapshot combining Kenya (Kiriga AB, Washed), Bolivia (Sol de Mañana PB, Washed) and El Salvador (San Jose, Red Bourbon, Washed). Sweet red grape and crisp green apple lead into soft honeycomb sweetness. Works well pulled as espresso or brewed filter. Roasted medium.
