A washed lot from a small group of producers in Santa María Ozolotepec, Sierra Sur, Oaxaca, Mexico, sourced via Que Onda Coffee's long-standing partner Galguera Gómez. Oaxaca is known for preserving traditional Typica and Bourbon varieties on small shaded, agroforestry plots, including the region's own Pluma varietal.
