A single-origin espresso (Red Catuaí variety) grown by smallholders in Cochabamba, Bolivia, a country whose coffee sector remains dominated by small, shade-grown plots. Washed processing after a short 24-36 hour fermentation gives a cup with grapefruit, lemonade and white chocolate notes, drinking well both black and with milk.
