Grown on the volcanic slopes of Santa Ana in the Apaneca range, mostly by family farms, hand-picked and washed. Intense hazelnut aroma opens into caramel and honey sweetness with fresh red apple, closing on a bitter dark-chocolate finish. Explorers' lighter roast lets the natural character shine through.
