Brewing Methods

A natural-processed Bourbon lot from Abadatezuka, Nyamasheke, Rwanda - the dry-processed counterpart to a washed lot from the same region. Sweet and fresh, with red grapes, raspberry, and cane sugar. Rwandan coffees are prone to the well-known "potato defect" (a bacterial taint giving a raw-potato taste in affected beans); this lot can occasionally show it, which is why it's priced more affordably.
