Grown at 1,600-1,900 masl in Rwanda's Kamonyi District, this Red Bourbon lot is processed at the Mbizi Washing Station through the Women Coffee Extension programme, which supports more than 800 women farmers, many of them widows or genocide survivors. It's naturally processed and sun-dried on raised beds for 30-35 days, giving a clean, silky cup with black cherry, maple syrup and Darjeeling tea character.
