Description
A fully washed Red Bourbon lot grown by smallholder farmers in the hilly Gicumbi region of northern Rwanda (1700-2000m, cupping 86.5). Light roasted for filter and espresso alike, it shows plum, pomelo, oolong tea and grape notes from slow cherry ripening in the region's misty mornings and strong afternoon sun.
