Sourced through the Rugori program at Gasharu washing station in Nyamasheke, which recognises the work of women in the coffee sector; Bourbon variety grown up to 2,100m, anaerobic fully-washed processing. Juicy red-orange acidity, raspberry sweetness and a delicate cider-like bitterness, with a lingering fruity finish. Best on a filter brewer.
