Push The Button is built on Brazilian coffee (Mumbuca, Minas Gerais), naturally processed for a syrupy texture and maximum natural sweetness, grown at 1,000-1,250 m a.s.l. from Red Catuai and Yellow Catuai. It's roasted darker specifically to extract easily and consistently in automatic drip machines, while still working well as a straight, sweet espresso. Expect a dominant chocolate profile with hazelnut and caramel sweetness, full body, low acidity, and a refined dark-chocolate bitterness in the finish - a solid milk-drink base too.
