Description
A washed Bourbon coffee from the El Progreso farm in Yanatile, Calca, in the Cusco region of Peru, grown at 2,050 masl by Agustin and his wife on a four-hectare family farm. Traditional selective hand-picking and shade-drying preserve the bean's integrity, resulting in a cup with notes of green grapes, orange, and chestnut.
