A Peruvian coffee from the Amazonas region (Rodriguez de Mendoza), grown at 1,400-1,800m from a mix of Catuai, Bourbon, Typica, Catimor, and Pache varieties. A sweet, chocolatey cup with berry fruit notes, suited to espresso, moka pot, or pour-over.
