A new partnership lot from Kelvin Guerrero's farm La Esmeralda in La Coipa, San Ignacio, Cajamarca, Peru (1,850 m.a.s.l.), grown as Catuai and Marshell and Washed processed. Organic certified. A super smooth, creamy caramel cup with gentle plum fruitiness and a hint of nutmeg on the finish. Roasted medium to medium-dark.
