Grown by Irene Herrera on the small farm La Mandarina in La Coipa, Cajamarca, Peru, at 1,750-2,000 m.a.s.l. This lot is the rare Marshell varietal (a Bourbon-family mutation), fully Washed and dried in solar dryers. The cup opens with tangerine and strawberry fondant, a spoonful of brown sugar, and finishes with lime and a delicate floral note. Roasted medium to preserve its juicy, elegant clarity.
