Description

Peru Huancaruna BIO, an organic (IMO-certified) Peruvian arabica from the Perhusa family company, grown at high altitude in the Andes by smallholder cooperatives and exported via Lima. Washed processing (Caturra, Typica, Bourbon), giving a balanced, creamy cup with sweet milk-chocolate and hazelnut notes, gentle citrus-like acidity, and a sweet caramel-and-cocoa aroma.
