From the Café del Futuro smallholder association in Jaén and San Ignacio, organic-certified and CO2-decaffeinated, grown at 1,700m and graded 1. Sweet nougat and caramel aroma, red apple and cocoa notes with a hint of date in the finish - a light Explorers roast.
