A single-origin Arabica from Monte Verde, Amazonas in Peru, grown at 2,000-2,200m mostly on small, largely organic family farms. The cup is well-balanced with a creamy body, sweet caramel tones, red-orange aromatics and forest-berry fruitiness finishing into chocolate, with a light-to-medium acidity.
