Description
Ozone's dark-roast house blend, combining 80% Brazil (Selvatech, Peaberry, Natural) and 20% Costa Rica (Atenas, Washed). Taken to the edge of second crack for a rich, full-bodied cup with dark chocolate and toffee sweetness and a dusting of cacao nibs. Recommended as espresso, though it also holds up as a filter brew.
