Description
A washed Arabica from the Lamari washing station in the Obura-Wonenara region of Papua New Guinea, grown at 1,700-2,000m by smallholder farmers who are paid a premium for quality lots. The cup is caramel-sweet with a tea-like medium body, dominated by black tea and bittersweet chocolate, lifted by a soft green apple acidity and a bittersweet cocoa finish.
