Grown in the Eastern Highlands region of Papua New Guinea at around 1700m, where smallholder farmers hand-pick cherries and deliver them to a processing station with an integrated quality-control team, before the coffee is washed. The cup shows chocolate, mandarin, and black tea, with pronounced sweetness, a clean finish, and a light-to-medium body.
