Description

Grown on the 7.2-hectare Loma de Los Cedros farm in Boquete (1,500m), in the shadow of the Volcán Barú, on the red catuaí variety in rich volcanic soil. Washed processing yields cherry, apple, lime, coconut, and chocolate. Medium-dark roasted for espresso.
