A naturally processed Geisha from the renowned, Best of Panama-winning Carmen Estate, processed with the estate's traditional, low-intervention 'winey' method: only fully ripe cherries are hand-selected and dried slowly under the sun, raked carefully to keep the lot consistent. The simple processing lets Geisha's variety, altitude and volcanic terroir come through, giving a clean, structured cup with floral aromatics, berry sweetness and a juicy, mouth-watering texture.
