Ozone's signature seasonal house blend (formerly Jailbreak in the Hasbean days); at the time of this snapshot combining Costa Rica (Atenas, Washed), two Brazils (Nova Aliança and Mata De Minas, both Pulped Natural) and Nicaragua (Limoncillo, Washed). A well-balanced medley of milk chocolate and caramel with a sprinkle of roasted nuts. Versatile across espresso, AeroPress, pour-over, French press and moka pot. Roasted medium-dark.
