A rotating, year-round Organic single-origin offering; at the time of this snapshot sourced from the Agua Azul comite in San Antonio de Chingama, Huabal, Cajamarca, Peru (1,890 m.a.s.l.), a mix of Caturra, Pache and Bourbon, fully Washed and organic and Fairtrade certified. Milk chocolate and a cookies-and-cream creaminess lead, finishing with lingering caramel. Roasted medium-dark. Because this is a rotating program, the specific origin changes periodically - origin recorded here reflects the coffee current at scrape time.
