A Soil Association-certified organic espresso, washed and made from Catimor, Catuai and Paraneima varieties. A slightly longer roast lets the coffee's natural sugars caramelise, giving a medium-dark cup with dark chocolate, fruit loaf and toffee apple notes that soften nicely with milk.
