Nordbeans' Wild Fox Espresso, a naturally processed Yellow Catuaí lot from the Andrade brothers' Capim Branco farm in Carmo de Paranaíba, Minas Gerais, Brazil (1150 m.a.s.l.). Hand-picked cherries are sun-dried with regular turning, developing a complex profile of dark chocolate, apricot and ripe fruit.
