Nordbeans' Keramo Natural, a naturally processed Heirloom-variety lot from the Keramo processing station in Bensa, Sidama, Ethiopia (2300 m.a.s.l.), considered one of the standout Ethiopian naturals each season. Careful sorting by origin, pick date and ripeness yields a clean, juicy, elegant cup with a light body, lively acidity and notes of apricot, mango and black tea; light-roasted for filter brewing (V60, Chemex, Aeropress, batch brew).
