Description

Nordbeans' Funky Filtr Uganda, a limited-edition lot from the Mubuku processing station in Kasese, western Uganda, between the Queen Elizabeth and Rwenzori national parks. Anaerobic natural processing (40 hours sealed fermentation, then bed-dried) produces a juicy, fermentation-forward cup with papaya, lime and blackberry notes, roasted to work for both filter and espresso.
