Description
Grown by third-generation producer Isacio Javier Albir Vilchez at Finca El Cipres in Nueva Segovia (1,160-1,400m) on the parainema variety, shaded by reforested pine and citrus trees. Natural anaerobic processing gives red grape, jasmine, blueberry, and milk chocolate. Roasted light for filter and medium for espresso.
