A Pink Bourbon single-origin filter coffee from Finca El Diviso in Huila, Colombia, run by brothers Néstor and Adrián Lasso, who have pushed into more experimental varietals and fermentation. Anaerobic washed processing (a 24-48 hour dry fermentation before washing and raised-bed drying) brings out the variety's signature floral character and complexity, popular on the competition circuit.
