My Daily Mix is Rebelbean's house espresso/filter blend of two coffees, each roasted separately and processed either natural or honey, then combined for a full, sweet, well-rounded cup with mild acidity. On espresso it's nutty with chocolate sweetness and ripe-fruit tones (the house pour used in Rebelbean's own cafes); on filter the fruity acidity and juicy texture come forward while the nutty body stays clear. Roasted omni-style for both filter and espresso.
