Monteblanco is a cold-fermented, fully washed Pink Bourbon from Finca Monteblanco in the Huila region of Colombia, grown around 1,730 m. Roasted light for filter, the extended cold fermentation gives an unusual cup of rooibos, passion fruit, rum and a subtle note of rosemary.
